My name is Niki, hailing from a quaint town in the Marche region. Since my high school days, I've pursued fashion design, gaining diverse experience through internships with various brands. Over time, I've honed a unique style that increasingly resonates with me, gravitating towards resort-style design. I continuously seek innovation and craftsmanship in knitwear and textile techniques to elevate my collections.
The "Reborn in a blossom" capsule collection starts from the study of peasant life and clothingfrom the beginning of history to the present, in which I lived for all my life and where wegradually take a look at sustainability that brings us closer to the environment. Variousdecorations are inspired by what grows above the earth and the variety of vegetation butabove all the country flowers that sprinkle the fields. Some of the most important assets of the collection are the handcrafted and manual aspect that give value to each garment.
About "Reborn in a Blossom"
Drawing on personal and familial recollections as well as rural living experiences, this collection takes its cues from the archetype of the farmer and his environment during labor. It embarks on a journey from examining rural attire from the early 19th century to present-day sustainable practices that enhance our connection with nature. Attention then shifts to the tilled soil, exploring its textures, the marks left by farming implements, and tractor tracks, serving as the muse for patterns and fabric techniques. Finally, the narrative turns to the flora emerging from the soil, especially wildflowers dotting the landscapes, which influence the collection's color schemes, prints, and handmade items.
