Who operates this website

When Science Meets Art is operated by SGEM World Science (SWS) Scholarly Society, Haidingergasse 1, C/1113, 1030 Vienna, Austria. For questions about information you provide through this website, contact [email protected].

Messages and talent registration

The contact form sends your name, email address and message to our team so that we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your proposal. Talent accounts and submitted materials are handled by our separate registration portal at apply.sciencemeetsart.at.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand visits and improve the website. Our analytics and Google Tag Manager scripts load only after you choose to allow analytics. Declining does not prevent browsing this website. Advertising consent remains denied; Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our Analytics configuration.

Google's services may process data outside your country. Read how Google uses information from partner websites. You can change your choice using Cookie settings. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to six months; clearing browser storage resets it.

Embedded media and infrastructure

Films and the registration form come from external services. When you open or interact with them, those services may receive technical information about your connection and use their own cookies. The website also uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection. The analytics choice controls this website's optional Analytics and Tag Manager scripts, not the separate operation of embedded services.
